Located in a preservation area on the edge of the countryside, the M25/A41 (J20) is less than a mile away with easy access to the M1/M40/M4 etc. We are approximately 30 mins. from Heathrow and Luton airports, and a mainline train station is about 1 mile away. Central London is only about 35 minutes away by car or train.

Kings Langley, a pretty village, offering a good choice of restaurants, pubs and local shops, is just a 10 minute walk away. There is a historic pub-restaurant a stone’s throw from the cottage, and a pleasant common and woods 100 metres away.

For golfers we are only 10 minutes from the prestigious Grove Golf Course, where this years' World Championships are being held.
